First download the exhibitor registration form. This form contains all the necessary information we need from you to secure your standn.

Take some time to fill out the registration carefully. Make sure all information is correct and complete so that we can process your request efficiently.

Your request will be reviewed by our team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
You will receive information about discounted hotels from us by email
Free parking spaces are available directly at the Emslandhallen
Saturday on September 14th At 6 a.m. the halls will be opened for the exhibitors to set up their stands; the stand must be completely set up by the exhibitors themselves by 11:30 a.m
You will be assigned your stand by us, we will prepare the stands with construction fences and tables
You will receive a construction fence - boundary, tables, chairs, water and kitchen rolls from us,
The exhibitors have to bring the rest with them themselves
A power connection is available, please bring your own multiple plugs!
WiFi is freely available to exhibitors
On the night of Saturday to Sunday, the halls are monitored by security, so you can leave your belongings in the halls
The event ends on Sunday at 9 p.m., from then on you can dismantle
